Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original Karhu shoe box or apparel packaging and secure them in a durable shipping container.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
